So, if you buy a product from us and find it cheaper with a competitor, then we´ll match that price for you if you’ve ordered, or refund the difference for up to 28 days afterwards if you have already been fitted. We do, of course, ask that that the same guarantees and aftercare are included. We will also only match like for like competitors i.e. they are not lead generation companies.

We will always forward book your next appointment which means that you will never be more than 6 months away from your next consultation. This allows us to closely monitor your hearing and ensure that the instruments have the most appropriate prescription entered.

A hearing system is such a personal item and from time to time things aren’t always as you expected. So, in the highly unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied with your hearing system within the first 28-days then we will guarantee to refund you – provided you return the hearing system in good condition within 28-days.
